A 2 story Cape Cod style home was requested from the existing 1 story ranch house. There were tight restriction on the space where we could build. A center 2 story court yard type space down the center of the home is the theme used to pen up and provide flexible used spaces. The second floor is the master suite and office with a rear terrace.
